Who can order

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. Please give accurate contact and delivery details.

Products and pictures

• We try to show every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes may vary a little from the listed measurements.
• Product photos may include props or accessories that aren't part of the product. What's included is listed in the description.
• All products are subject to availability.

Prices

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery and Cash on Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you place your order.
• Prices and offers can change at any time, but the price on your order is the one shown when you placed it.
• If a product was listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch. You can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

Orders and confirmation

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by call or WhatsApp.
• We may decline or cancel an order that we can't confirm, that looks fraudulent, that is for resale in bulk, or where the item is out of stock. If we cancel, you don't pay anything.
• To prevent fake orders, we limit the number of orders from one mobile number per day.

Cash on Delivery

• Pay the exact order total in cash to the courier rider when your parcel arrives.
• Cash on Delivery is available up to the order limit shown at checkout.
• Refusing a parcel without a valid reason costs us courier charges both ways. After repeated refusals, we may only accept prepaid orders from that number.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the courier, weather, public holidays or events outside our control. Responsibility for the parcel passes to you once it has been delivered and paid for. Full details are on our Delivery information page.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Exchanges and refunds are covered by our Returns & exchange policy, which forms part of these terms.

Coupons and offers

• Coupons can't be exchanged for cash, and only one coupon can be used per order.
• Each coupon may have a minimum order value, an expiry date and a limit on how many times it can be used per mobile number.
• We may cancel a coupon or order where a coupon was misused, for example with fake numbers.

Toy safety

• Follow the age guidance on each product. Toys with small parts are not suitable for children under 3 because of choking risk.
• Remove all packaging, plastic bags and tags before giving a toy to a child, and supervise young children during play.
• Check toys regularly for wear or damage, and stop using a damaged toy.

Use of this website

The website's content, including our logo, product photos and text, belongs to Carry & Cuddle and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Please don't misuse the website, for example by placing fake orders or trying to disrupt it.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered as described. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow this limit. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
