How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, go to checkout, enter your name, mobile number and address, and press Place order. You don't need an account. We'll call or WhatsApp you to confirm.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery: pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to Rs 25,000. JazzCash and Easypaisa are coming soon.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs 200 anywhere in Pakistan and FREE on orders above Rs 3,000. A Cash on Delivery fee of Rs 50 applies. You see the full total before you place your order.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days of confirming your order. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days in big cities and 3–5 working days elsewhere.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your order number (like CC-1001) and mobile number. Once shipped, it shows the courier and tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, any time before it's dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery (48 hours for items damaged in transit) with photos or a video, and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. See our Returns & exchange page.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Riders can't wait while parcels are opened, but you can check that the outer packaging is sealed and undamaged. If anything inside is wrong, our exchange policy covers you.
Are your toys safe for kids?
We choose toys from trusted suppliers and list the recommended age on every toy. Toys with small parts are not suitable for children under 3.
