Delivery information

Charges

• Delivery: Rs 200 per order, anywhere in Pakistan.
• Free delivery when your order (after any coupon) is above Rs 3,000.
• Cash on Delivery fee: Rs 50 per order.
• Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to Rs 25,000. For bigger orders, please message us on WhatsApp.
• The exact total, including all fees, is shown at checkout before you place your order. There are no hidden charges at the door.

How it works

1. Order placed: you receive an order number (like CC-1001).
2. Confirmation: we call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order and address, usually the same day.
3. Dispatch: confirmed orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
4. Delivery: the courier delivers and you pay the rider in cash.

Delivery times

• Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi: usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Remote areas may take longer. Sundays, public holidays, Eid and bad weather can add a few days.

These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees. You can check your status anytime on the Track order page; once shipped, it shows the courier and tracking number.

Unconfirmed orders

If we can't reach you to confirm an order within 48 hours, or the details look incorrect, we may cancel it. Please enter a mobile number you can answer.

Address and delivery attempts

• Please give a complete address with house number, street, area and a nearby landmark.
• The courier usually makes up to 2–3 delivery attempts and may call you before arriving.
• If delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody accepts the parcel, the order is returned to us and cancelled.
• Refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel without a valid reason costs us two-way courier charges. Repeated refusals may mean we can only accept prepaid orders from that number in future.

At the door

• Please check that the outer packaging is sealed and undamaged before paying. If it is torn or clearly damaged, you can refuse the parcel and contact us.
• Riders can't wait while a parcel is opened. If anything inside is wrong or damaged, tell us within the time limits in our Returns & exchange policy and we'll put it right.
• We recommend recording a short video while opening the parcel. It makes any claim quick to approve.
